Since I don't live in the area, I have depended on you so much and you have never disappointed. 

I have to tell you that when I first saw the DISASTER--all the damage that frozen pipe had done--I was in shock and pretty sure I had lost my home for good. 

But from the time I first called SERVPRO--I spoke to Lisa Burdsall on the phone and she was wonderful--I immediately started to feel better about my situation.  Carlos on your Mitigation team went in and immediately went to work.  He called me and assured me that "you're in good hands with us" and I certainly was!!  Matt Misjuns, the project manager for that team, called me and made sure I knew that I could contact him anytime with my questions and concerns, which was comforting and reassuring. 

Then your restoration team took over and, wow, all I can say is, you guys are nothing short of miracle workers!  The work you did is beautiful.  As project manager, you stayed in touch with me every step of the way and made sure everything was done RIGHT!  You will never know how grateful I am to you, Chris Wyndham and SERVPRO of Lynchburg.

I know you do this every day and for a lot of people so it may not seem like a big deal.  But for me, you have been an extra special blessing that I will never forget.  Please express my gratitude to everyone in your company who helped put my life back together!
