SERVPRO of Lynchburg/Bedford & Campbell Counties technicians are professionally trained and will work quickly and efficiently to ensure that your home or business is properly treated for mold in a timely, safe and effective manner.
Step 1: Timely Response. Within one hour of receiving your call, a SERVPRO team member will reach out to you and confirm a time to come and survey the mold damage. A SERVPRO team will be on sight within four hours of the call.
Step 2: Appropriate Procedures and Safeguards. SERVPRO technicians will arrive and assess the damage. Protective suits, masks, and headgear are required when dealing with mold.
Step 3: Containment. SERVPRO technicians will create a containment area around the affected part of the house so that the mold does not spread further. The SERVPRO technicians will set up containment barriers under negative air using a HEPA filtration system, in order to isolate the mold.
Step. 4: Remediation.
Whether an area or object can be cleaned or has to be removed depends on the stage of mold growth, as well as the type of material that makes up the affected area or object.
Step 5: Assessment. A SERVPRO of Lynchburg/Bedford & Campbell Counties' project manager will inspect the area upon completion.
